In this week’s Gospel, Jesus reminds us “Many are invited, but few are chosen.” _{Mt 22:1-14}

Like the king who is adamant about filling the wedding hall even when invited guests don’t arrive, God persistently invites us to the royal banquet in the “kingdom of heaven.” But the gracious invitation requires our positive and definite response.
