Lector MinistryThe Lector Ministry at St Joseph Church is a liturgical ministry. We strive to improve our proclamation of the Word of God through feedback, liturgical training, self-evaluation and prayer. We welcome those who wish to train with us through a comprehensive program designed to work with many schedules. Lectoring schedules are completely volunteer based. Lectors for the upcoming Sunday masses are encouraged to participate in a preparation meeting with the Deacons at 7pm on Mondays at the parish office. If you are interested in being a lector or interested in attending the next training, please contact the lector lead at lectors@saintjosephmsj.org. If you are not a registered volunteer at Saint Joseph Parish, please fill out the Saint Joseph volunteer application form(click here to download) and submit it to the Parish office.
