In this week’s Gospel, Jesus helped a man’s daughter who was at the point of death. He said to them “Do not be afraid; just have faith.” He took the child by the hand and upon telling her to arise, she got up and walked around. Everyone was astounded.Mk 5:21-24, 35b-43

May we have the faith to touch and be touched by Jesus so that whatever is dead within us may be restored to life. We must be open to the unexpected that God has in mind for each of us.
