The Facilities Team plans for the care for our parish buildings and grounds and identifying recommended facility improvements to support parish needs, both physical and spiritual.
We strive to be good stewards of the time, talent, and treasure of past, present, and future parishioners, making the most of the facilities we already have, and prudently planning for our future needs. This includes:
Advising the Pastoral Leadership Team on the parish master plan
Creating a detailed, multi-year master maintenance plan and budget for our buildings and grounds
Identifying architectural, engineering, maintenance, and construction resources
Assisting with cost estimating and contracting
As requested by Father Anthony, overseeing maintenance and improvement projects
The Facilities Team is led by Bill Utic from the Parish’s Pastoral Leadership Team and includes members of the parish and school staff and parishioners with knowledge of our facilities who generously contribute their time and expertise.
The Parish Facilities Team Needs You!
The Parish Facilities Team is looking for parishioners interested in joining the Facilities Team and parishioners who may be able to help from time to time on a specific need or project.
We are looking for general contractors, architects, engineers, project managers, and parishioners experienced in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, masonry, and other building trades.
The Facilities Team meets one evening a month. If you are interested in joining or helping the Facilities Team, or to add your name to our resources list, please contact the parish office.
