Music is a powerful force that unites us in worship, reflection, and community. At St. Joseph Catholic Church, we offer a rich and diverse music ministry that touches the lives of all who experience it.

• Sacred Music: Enhancing the liturgy with timeless hymns that connect us to the core of our faith.
• Latin Chant: A reflection of the Church’s ancient traditions, dating back to the early centuries of Christianity. These chants carry a deep spiritual heritage, drawing us into meditative prayer and connection with the universal Church.
• Multicultural Choirs: Celebrating the diverse backgrounds of our parishioners through the universal language of music. Our choir sings in four-part harmony, performing anthems that reflect the beauty of many cultures including Chinese, Filipino, Indian and Vietnamese.
• Youth & Children’s Choirs: Empowering our younger members to participate in and lead worship through song, fostering faith and confidence in the next generation.
• Bell Choir: Adding a joyful and unique dimension to our musical offerings, where the beauty of handbells resonates throughout the sanctuary.
• Instruments & Orchestra: From the resonant tones of our organ and piano to the harmonious sound of our orchestra, our musicians bring depth and beauty to every Holy Mass and liturgy.
• Concerts and Special Liturgies: We hold special events throughout the year highlighting the musical traditions of various cultures, providing a unique opportunity to experience the richness of Chinese, Filipino, Indian, Vietnamese and other communities through music. Education plays a crucial role in our ministry. We believe in fostering the love of music for both students and adults alike. Through ongoing instruction in vocal performance, instrumental techniques, and liturgical music, we ensure that our members continue to grow and enhance their talents. This dedication to learning enriches the spiritual life of the entire parish.
