March 21 An individual's choices concerning end of life care presented by Fr. Jeff Finley, CPPS Head of Spiritual Care, Washington Hospital and Dianne C. Martin, MD Sunday, March 21, 2010 1:30-3:00PM at St. Joseph Church Hall.
While we all know that our earthly existence will end, few of us express in writing our desires for the time when we may not be able to make choices concerning our care. This workshop will present how to best instruct loved ones, caregivers and medical personnel regarding our final wishes.
