St. Joseph Catholic Church is happy to announce the opening of enrollment for faith ministry programs for all ages. Registration packets are now available online and as hard copies in the Faith Formation office. Please download the registration pack(s) by clicking on the respective file(s) below. You can also right-clicking the file(s) and choose "save-as" or "save-link as".

After you've completed the PDF download, please print it out, complete it and drop it off at the Faith Formation office. You can also send back the registration packet(s) to:
